July 11th 2022, Bengaluru: Bengaluru-based customer engagement platform Exotel announced a new addition to its leadership by appointing Manpreet Madaan as VP of Revenue Operations.
In her new role, Manpreet would establish world-class Sales excellence through solid Revenue Operations processes. Exotel’s growth is led by large, strategic GTM, Sales, and revenue teams. By optimising end-to-end Sales ops through automation, tools, and processes, Madaan would aim to boost revenue and day-to-day efficiencies.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Manpreet possesses 25 years of strong expertise in the fields of Business Planning, GTM Operations, Strategy, Program Management & Finance. She joined Exotel from UIPath, an automation company where she contributed to various phases of the company – from early growth start-up to one of the most successful tech IPOs of 2021. Madaan has a demonstrated history of working in global technology companies including Airtel, Microsoft, and Oracle.
