A voice conferencing software allows you to connect different callers over a single call. All they need to do is dial a single number and enter a unique pin to speak to each other. To get started, you need first to set up a virtual number and enable call conferencing for that number.
To prevent unauthorised access, you’re required to set a unique passcode. Before connecting, users will be prompted to enter the passcode over IVR to join the conference.
Once you’ve everything set up, you need to share the audio teleconferencing number and pin with your team or to whoever you wish to join the call.
You can easily access and share the call recordings by downloading it from the dashboard.
Depending on your requirements, you can also set a moderator. When you choose this option, users are free to call the conference number (and join the queue) but are not connected until the moderator joins the calls.
For caller authentication, a PIN is used. Users cannot join the conference without entering the PIN.
