What next?

Over the last nine years, we have grown to be Asia’s fastest and the largest cloud telephony platform – Enabling over 4 billion customer interactions for our 4000+ customers. With your trust, during the last financial year, we exceeded 120 cr in revenues and were also profitable. With your continued support, we plan to be an end to end customer communication platform that puts customer experience first.

Hardware silos are destroying customer experience. With employees spending more time away from the workplace, Exotel’s platform lets companies break these silos down and build personalized and timely customer engagement across customer support, marketing, operations and sales. Cloud communication systems have become the new standard in maintaining great customer experience and we are at the forefront.

Over the next couple of years, we will be working on bringing exciting new platform APIs for developers to work with and significant upgrades to our Artificial intelligence capabilities. We will also be launching products for BFSI customers and operations in new geographies around Asia. We want to be able to do all of this faster and quicker.
