Around a year has passed since we started selling Exotel to first ourselves, then family, then friends and then other businesses. Cloud Telephony is in its nascent stage and we are learning everyday as a company, but today is a small feat, a feat which we are slightly proud of.
We now are officially billing 100 + customers across India, and the best part about this is that we have spent absolutely 0 money on Marketing. It gives us belief that we are building a product which is being referred to and by many. We Thank all of them for their support and continued usage.
We also though know that the next level of scale is much more challenging and it will bring about the biggest problems – with larger expectations, better reliability and more issues that come along with scale – but we hope to conquer them together with the 20+ Awesome team and mentors we have on-board and our partners (which include vendors & customers).
